To ensure a trouble-free booking procedure please read these brief instructions:
(Note: If you are still a little unsure and would like to re-check room details before you book, please click the accommodation link at the top).
At the top of the booking page there are informational icons which show each stage of the process.
Stage 1: Search Rooms - use the floor plans and floor selector to locate the room you want. Any rooms already booked will be marked no vacancy on the list below the plans. Click on the book this room link and click yes on the confirmation pop up box.
Stage 2: Personal Details - please complete the application form, making sure that you fill in the fields marked with an asterisk. A pop up window will appear containing the terms and conditions which we advise you to consult. Click submit to take you to the next stage.
Stage 3: Confirm Booking - please check your details and when you are ready click confirm booking and pay.
Stage 4: Payment - fill in your card details and click pay now.
A thank you message will appear, advising you that your booking is now complete. You will also find download links for a receipt, welcome pack and licence agreement. You can download the documents now or log back in later to view them.
When you log in subsequently you will be taken to your personal account page which contains your account history and links to all the documents mentioned above. You can also change your password - please don't forget it as you will need it in future!
